Two Step Falls is in Minnesota's Tettegouche State Park. As the name implies, this waterfall consists of two drops, each around 15 feet high. This waterfall is 1/2 mile downstream of the High Falls of the Baptism River. Two Step is a nice enough small falls, but the High Falls are the one to see.
Nearby Falls
High Falls and Illgen Falls are farther upstream. Devil's Kettle Falls, the Upper Falls of the Brule River, the High Falls of the Pigeon River, Cross River Falls, Gooseberry Falls, and the Temperance River Gorge are all along Minnesota's north shore.
