Louth Falls is in the Louth Conservation Area. This waterfall is much more secluded than many of the nearby Niagara Escarpment waterfalls. 16 Mile Creek does not carry a lot of water, so the flow over this falls is never large.
Louth Falls is very close to Rockway Falls and Balls Falls. You could easily hike from between Rockway and Louth Falls. To reach Louth Falls from Rockway Falls by car, head west of 8th Avenue (Pelham Rd). Take a right on 17th St, and then a right on Staff Ave. There will be a parking area on the left. There were no signs that I saw.
From the parking lot there is a well defined trail heading into the woods. This trail is used by horses. The trail meets up with the Bruce Trail, which joins from the left. Continue straight. You will pass the Louth Side trail. This trail does not lead to the falls, so continue straight. Keep to the left and you will reach the top of Louth Falls.
It is not easy to get a really good view of the falls. The gorge is not particularly deep, but there did not seem to be any easy way to get in. You can get to the edge of the falls easily.
There is a smaller upper falls.
