Harrison Wright Falls is one of the many scenic falls in Ricketts Glen State Park. It is a classic curtain style waterfall. At 27' it is by no means the largest waterfall in the park, but it is one of the most scenic.

The falls is 1.6 mile hike from highway 118, and .2 miles downstream of the confluence of the two branches of Kitchens Creek.

The waterfall is named after Harrison Wright, a lawyer with a doctorate in mineralogy and an interest in archeology. He and R. Bruce Ricketts were both active members of the Wyoming Historical and Geological Society.

Nearby Falls

Sheldon Reynold Falls is about 200 yards downstream. Wyandot Falls and Erie Falls are a quarter mile upstream. Ganoga Falls and a dozen other waterfalls are all within a 1.5 mile walk. Just a few miles to the west the wild Big Falls can be found. 50 miles to the east in Scranton is Nay Aug Falls. Dozens of other waterfalls can be found within a 50 mile radius.
